The time it takes for the card to refill depends on the speed of the selected blockchain. For Bitcoin, it could take between 15 and 45 minutes. Faster blockchains may take no more than a few minutes.

Currently, the Global USD cards do not have a 3D secure system in place. They may not work in situations where 3D secure authentication is required.

If your Physical Crypto Card is lost or stolen, please contact customer support immediately to report the incident. We will deactivate your card and issue a replacement card with the remaining balance transferred to the new card, subject to verification and security protocols.
